It's beautiful, it's big enough to relax, the bathroom is practical, the overall lodge super cosy... We loved it.

The location was excellent, it's a great hub for getting out and exploring the highlands. There were so many nice little touches too that made it feel very warm and welcoming. We brought our dog and we're very happy to see that the cabins garden is completely enclosed, which was reassuring when letting him out in the dark.

The property we were in was the Mountain View cottage it was lovely & cosy and very well equipped. The hosts left a welcome basket with essentials and some treats which was a lovely surprise and very good idea. Location was very quiet despite there being other cottages close by.

We stayed at the cabin for the weekend and had a brilliant time! The cabin is very cosy and comfortable with everything you need provided. The little extras of snacks and drinks were ideal and we made use of the baskets full of different board games and quizzes. This was such an ideal and peaceful spot, perfect for a quiet weekend escape but the ideal driving distance from lots of activities and Fort Augustus.
After checking out we had breakfast in the Jaggy Thistle Food Stop which was so delicious!
The Cabin was very cozy and nice. :) essentials are there and Fort Augustus is a cute little town just 5 minutes away.
The hosts are very very nice and have a lot of recommendations for the area. :) (ask them about the best pizza place!)

A small wooden cabin on the edge of a wood, with private housing nearby. Private and secluded, appox 1 mile from Fort Augusta centre. Free parking. Very clean.
Had a fabulous two nights stay here, this place was absolutely perfect for us,top quality cabin with everything you need, nice and peaceful but still only around a 15 minute walk into Fort Augustus village for food and drinks etc, host was very friendly but also left you alone as well, thanks for the treats😋👍. Next time I plan on being in the area this place will be the first place I look for availability.
A pleasant wooden chalet in a quiet location close to the centre of Fort Augustus. The chalet was well equipped and had a useful area of lawn at the front. The hosts were very helpful.
very simple design and great use of space. The wooden features in the hut were a delight to look at. We were so lucky with the weather, the sun shone on the decking in the morning and was a great place for breakfast. The scenery around the hut was beautiful and it was only a short walk to fort Augustus centre.
