Extremely clean and delightful facilities available. So cozy with the log fire which was on a few hours prior to our visit and the owners were so lovely and helpful, providing a map of the area for scenic walks. Very comfy bed and all you will need for cooking, pleasant shower and plenty of storage. Such a beautiful location, surrounded by trees and wildlife and waking up to the sound of chickens was my personal favourite. Worth every single penny!

Cosy, cute, warm with stunning views in a peaceful spot! Exceptionally clean with warm/friendly and extremely helpful hosts. Large shower towels were great and the breakfast selection was simply fabulous. It was all the we hoped for and more. We can’t wait to book again for an out of season staycation! The marshes were incredible and we even save a stunning greater egrit wow. Super dog friendly as well! We would hugely recommend The Lodge on the Marsh.

We arrived 23rd December for 11 days its a Very quiet area there's storage Heaters in every room,comfortable settees,there were 2 mattresses on double bed which made it higher and very comfy to sleep on.the number 8 bus is hourly which we used alot as we don't drive,and runs till about 11pm, which either to ryde or Newport

We stayed in one of the two chalets for a night and wished we could stay for a month . What an awesome place . So magical staying at the bottom of a beautiful garden in the cutest chalet . Like being in a secret garden and so comfortable with every thing we needed . Our friend stayed inside in the house and had a beautifully decorated room with her own bathroom . Great set up . I’ll be back .
Second time of staying here prior to IOW festival . Have stayed both in the house and the cabins in the garden. Had everything we needed, bed comfy , hosts v friendly and short walk into town.
Ward Avenue is an idyllic and peaceful b&b run by very friendly and thoughtful hosts.
The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the use of local produce.
Our room was very cosy and comfortable and the shower was great.
We were able park on site which was very useful.
Next time we’d love to stay in one of the cabins in the gorgeous fairytale garden!
The location is perfect, you just walk out of the back gate into the park and it’s a very pleasant short walk into the centre of Cowes.
Chalet was well equipped, clean and secluded in the garden. A fan would probably be needed in the height of summer. Breakfast was lovely and served at our chalet at a time which suited us.
The Charismatic charm, leading to a secret garden which gave plenty of privacy to the cabin. The room was very comfortable and clean (blue light approved) The location was excellent walking distance to town and that its dog friendly, plenty for the dog the sniff around. The host was polite and courteous, we were well looked after.

Nice little cabin hut with comfy bed and an outdoors area at the bottom of the garden with peace and quiet. Amazing breakfast was 10/10 everyday. The garden backs on to a big park that has tennis courts and green areas for dogs and in the summer they have an outdoor bar which has music and pizza van. If your visiting Cowes then this B&B is in a perfect location to explore.
Lovely peaceful B+B in a great location. We stayed in a great private cabin/chalet in the garden; cosy and well-equipped. Owners were lovely and breakfast was excellent!
Delightful, cosy little wooden chalet, beautifully decorated, surrounded by greenery. You can hear the red squirrels scampering about in the night and birdsong in the morning.
