The chalet is situated in the most idyllic part of the resort with the river passing right next to it, the little bridge at the front and the breathtaking view of the mountains all around it. The view, ah the view - it is mesmerising! You can stay all day in the living room and enjoy it through the big windows and glass doors or go on the balcony.
The chalet is spacious, clean and very well equipped, there is everything you might need and we felt like at home. Heating is excellent even when outside temperatures are below zero.
Host is very welcoming, kind and helpful. We had a problem with our car and he did everything possible to help us. Forever grateful!

Firstly, the bike room was excellent. It had numerous power points for charging our e-bikes. It was secure.
The hotel was still ‘grand’, if a little faded. It still has charm. The bedroom was huge with shuttered windows which kept it cool in the 30 degree heat.
The grounds and gardens were beautiful.
Our host was friendly, understanding and really did try their best to organise our stay with everything. The shuttle bus from Glovettes is free and the view from the studio is really nice and peaceful.
