Lovely, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Great to have the extra space of a small garden as well as terrace. Fantastic view from the rooftop pool. 10-15 min walk to the old town one way and the train station the other. Great base for exploring the area by train. Mid size Super U 10 minutes walk which easily had all you need to self-cater. We drove up to the InterMarche by the motorway but it didn't give much more than the Super U and the prices were similar.
Joelle and Pascal met us at the apartment, showed us around. Very friendly hosts.
Although it is a ground floor apartment, there are a few steps to get to the apartment front door and also to access the swimming pool and the rubbish area.
Overall it's a wonderful place and we thoroughly recommend it and would love to go back.

Had everything in a house what y wanted and the views of sunsets were beautiful and of course the pool. Location to Nice 20-30mins depending on traffic.

The views and location of the chalet were unbeatable. We zoomed from our wedding here and was pleasantly surprised with how quiet and private the whole experience was. There should more photos posted to highlight how close the chalet is to nature.

We had a really good stay at Chalet Zenitude. We were very relaxed after our long weekend here. It’s a beautiful environment and the view from the cabin is beautiful. They also have a tent, which looked like a very romantic place for glamping. We very much enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the hammocks, and the calmness of this spot. The hosts were super friendly and relaxed. You can see they put a lot of love and effort into this place, with the handmade signs, little staircases, everything is well maintained. We don’t have a car, so we got there by train from Nice. The hosts offered to pick us up from the station for a small fee and this was great. I would recommend going there by car, but even without a car it’s a great location for a few days of relaxing and hiking. We would highly recommend this place!!

Modern, fully renovated and clean apartments, very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Showers had good water pressure. Reception staff friendly and helpful. All the rooms have electric blackout shutters which are excellent at blocking out light. Effective air conditioning.
The apartment was well presented. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony had a sea view as advertised. The bathroom and toilet were all very clean and functional. Air conditioning was provided which was great as it was very warm while we were there. There were shutters on all the windows and doors which made the apartment secure. The property had a lift which was really needed. The bed was the most comfortable one we have ever slept on in rented accommodation, we slept really well. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here as a large group of 14 to celebrate my sister's birthday. I love the beautiful building of this hotel, the shutters, the front garden area, the fruit trees and the decor throughout. I loved the comfy pillows, the big bed and the powerful shower. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They set up a beautiful private table for us to have breakfast outside on my sister's birthday and made it really special.

The view from the property was just wonderful. Sitting on the sofa each morning with the windows open was the best! Some people have commented that it is too hot in the property, unsure if they realised there are shutters to help with that. It is on the 3rd floor with no lift but you get used to that. The location is perfect for everything. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect in every way. The location was amazing. The window overlooking the square was so nice and I felt immersed in the atmosphere of the town looking out at the bars and small restaurants. The studio itself was beautiful, everything you need and for a day at the beach too. Mats, towels, parasol all provided. Karine, the host, was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. she even walked me to the free shuttle to the station when I checked out. I would recommend over and over.
Everything!!! From the very late check-in, the 2 gentlemen at reception that night were awesome! The 6th floor room view was exceptional. The shutters kept the noise and lights out. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and hot water was hot! Safety deposit box and shelves plus hanging space and extra pillows if you needed them. Right on the beach! Close to restaurants, shops and a little walk to Menton train station. Loved our stay😍
The location is nice, set in nature. It has a rustic feel and is very relaxed and quiet but at the same time close to the city by car. The train station is also close by car. The outdoor space is really good. There is cover and also a BBQ. It is a good place to relax. It is a wooden cabin but there is aircon.
