Wide views, great location, lots of activities for kids, close to all the major cities and hotspots. Very good condition of the cottage, and everything you need. Aircon, flatscreen, decent kitchen , private parking spot right next to the house and even though we didn't really used it; a jacuzzi on the porch.

Everything was perfect! There are 2 big rooms with a view of the street, authentic ceiling and shutters. It can seem some loudly up to midnight because of restaurants and bars below but we didn’t care

Cannes is a nice city.
The flat is very conveniently located for the Miramar beach which is only 5 minutes walk away but the general area is residential and not noisy at night time. The Cannes shuttle bus stops outside the flat and it makes it easy to travel to the old harbour area during the day time.
