Small chalet in a gated community, private parking space, nice deck/patio which we liked very much when finally the weather let us use it. Same for the swimming pool. Supermarket in walking distance, also a good spot for walks in town and along the beach.

A great location, not far from most of the facilities round Cabourg. The balcony was good and ideal in the early evening. The bathroom and bedroom were comfortable. There was an underground garage for secure parking. Just opposite the market. Lift as well as stairs. Plenty of facilities, coffee machine, washing machine, very nice size tv, wifi, fridge with a small freezer box. Electric shutters were great.
So bad, feel sorry for guy who runs it - winding staircase I could not cope with, dingy and run down bedrooms, toilet door would not shut, uninhabitable. Advertised bar but no such thing there. Had to walk away with wife and son - at least he only charged us for one room when it should have been 2. Best I can say.
We liked everything: location was great. Room, bedlinen, towels all clean. Towels cleaned daily. Staff at breakfast keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was well shuttered. Free Parking.
