What a beautiful house - I'm not sure the photos show how lovely it is. It has everything you will need for a stay in Biarritz. It's quiet, but in the centre of everything that you need. An easy walk back to the lovely market or down to the beaches. Communication was easy in order to get the keys to access the property. Highly recommended!

The property was easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. We love the location as it has good acess to walks for our dog. The place was quiet and trafic was minimal.

We stayed in the 2person cabin, shared a bathroom with 2 doormat and this worked perfectly.
In general, we loved the vibe with the other people there, the shared kitchen and how easy it was to rent boards or take a surfing class in the lodge.
The beach at Capbreton is very nice and clean as well, with great waves and sunsets!

Gabriel is an extraordinary host, super kind and helpful. The location is new and clean, the outdoor hot shower was truly a pleasant surprise, especially useful for surfers. Gabriel also provides racks and hangers to store surfboards and wetsuits. Very helpful! Overall, strategic location, within walking distance of the beaches of Santocha and Oceanide, but overall convenient for getting around Capbreton and Hossegor.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The owner is very helpful. The location is in a quiet road but very close to the centre. Super comfortable bed and blackout shutters so I slept very well. I was travelling on my own and it felt a very safe place to stay as a single woman.
Proximity to beaches, restaurants and attractions. Also the bus to the airport was just down the road. Lovely apartment which was spacious and clean. Selected a city view balcony but the sun is more evident on the opposite side overlooking the garden. Very quiet and shutters help me to sleep.
Perfect for solo female traveller looking for a quiet and wholesome place to stay. Had everything you would need. Didn’t feel like a dorm as it was 4 people per room in the shared dorm. The shared rooms were very spacious with each person having a whole cabinet to themselves. All of the staff members were lovley and welcoming too, as a solo female traveller I felt so safe. Outsite was also in the perfect location with everything from the beach to the shops and markets being a stones throw away. Will 100% stay here on my next visit.
Plenty of light. Easy access on free shuttle bus into city and markets or walk for 15 minutes. Convenient to do grocery shopping with 10 minutes walk to shops or laundromat.
We were met by Lilou of Keyweek who kindly left pasta and sauce and carried out a walk round of the apartment . It was a great personal touch . The apartment is excellently situated being close to the Miramar beach with a well appointed roof terrace which we used a lot . Both bedrooms are comfortable with pleanty of storage . In the master bedroom the shutters open onto the view of the Miramar beach . Divine. Would definatley book again :) .
A grand hotel updated to a comfortable, contemporary style located in the heart of Biarritz. Parking was on site - truly fabulous in a busy town. Wonderful breakfast. The best double glazing ever: shut the windows and you heard nothing from the lively town centre outside.
