Chalet L'Otavalo - OVO Network, hotel in Annecy

Featuring a hot tub, Chalet L'Otavalo - OVO Network is set in Manigod. This chalet provides free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi.

Beautiful and quiet location, cosy chalet, the kitchen has a lot of supplies and there was enough toilet paper (not always the case) so (in hindsight) there was no need to bring many supplies other than some groceries. The communication with the owners was also very smooth.

Looking for a cabin?
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The location is perfect, very central and safe. Close to the old town but not too crowded. The apartment is large and well equipped. There are roller shutters for the late summer nights that also help with the noise from the street. The building is well kept and the lift is a bonus. The breakfast delivery was a nice touch and was more than enough and delicious!

The location was excellent, being just a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town restaurants and shops. The bus station is only 10-15 mins walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is a tasty range of cold buffet food. Reminded me of a ski chalet in the mountains. A pretty outside seating area was being set up as I left.

All the facilities you could ask for. Washing machine and dishwasher had tablets to use. Clean linen and towels. Loved the movement detectors at the side of the kitchen cabinets to control the lights. Two bedrooms at the back of the property mean there is no road noise at night. Controls for window blinds and TV/digibox with streaming channels. Coffee machines supplied with coffee, VERY clean fridge/Freezer. Clean and ultramodern hob/extractor/oven. Great shower etc etc etc.

The rooms are new and very clean. We were 3 in the room and so it was convenient that they are proposing double and single room in one room. We have a tea and coffee machine in the room and we can also have additional blankets and pillows from the cabinet. The bathroom is quite small but very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of varieties and choices. The receptionist (a guy) was very helpful and gave us instructions for the public transport. Highly recommended!

location was great as close to lake and old town. However is right on the main Annecy to Doussard road and so is VERY noisy - near constant horns beeping. View from living room is spectacular. Modern stylish kitchen Separate toilet and bathroom -common in France. Electric shutters Good storage

The location was great for train and bus travellers. Although situated beside the railway line it was unexpectedly quiet with the windows shut. The property had everything you needed and more. There was a small welcome pack to ensure you had the basics and a bottle of local apple juice. It felt very safe and was easily accessible to the old and new parts of the town. Supermarket and bakery were all just minutes away, as were various takeaways and cafes/ restaurants.

Great location, easy to find and accessible to the train station, old town and the lake. Room was small but had everything we needed for a city break. Bed was comfortable and room had a balcony with courtyard view. The electric shutter on the outside added extra security and also blacked out the room. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, speaking a variety of languages.
