Very nice clean room with balcony. The location is excellent as it is half way between the city historical centre and the beach. Bus stop is very close. The hostess comes to meet you and if you wish there is a very nice breakfast served on the common terrace. Also there are restaurant at a walking distance.

I was late and there was a mix up with the timings of the key collection. All of which was my fault. However, nothing seemed too much to ask and an time was put a side to meet us at a later date.

A wonderful place to spend your holidays. Nice view from the terrace while sitting in the jacuzzi. But there are some nuances. We were here 5 or 6 years ago. Everything was in a much better condition then. At the moment, everything is quite worn out, kitchen furniture has broken handles. Drawers and doors that are difficult to open. dinner plates and glasses are enough, but such large apartments intended for a large company should definitely have more dishes for salads, fruits, vegetables. The pool cover was by the pool last time, we could put it over for the night. This time it was dropped and dusty at the other end of the property, looking broken. It was very windy at night and in the morning the pool was full of dirt, broken branches, tree leaves, sand, etc. when we arrived, the water in the jacuzzi was cold, so we couldn't use it the first night. Only the next day, according to the owner's instructions, we set the temperature and the water warmed up. (Which was not easy at all because the buttons are broken). The jacuzzi, however, is one of the main reasons why guests choose it. And you should also listen to the reviews of other guests, which we completely agree with. In these apartments, all life takes place on the terrace, and that's why you really need a refrigerator on the terrace, so you don't have to run back and forth across the yard to the kitchen after every little thing. A small refrigerator is not expensive. I understand that a lot of things are worn out and broken by guests, but that's the business and you can't just take money without investing anything. Therefore, a very big request to the host. This is a wonderful place with a lot of potential, please listen to the recommendations of the guests, keep this place in good order and we will definitely return.

I absolutely loved the location 5 minutes from the beach and transportation links , I had the most beautiful exterior room with balcony and huge windows which I am so grateful for. The bed was so comfortable also and beautiful bathroom , clean, roomy and powerful shower with really good hairdryer too. Lovely big fridge , fan , TV, wardrobe with hangers and table with draws and chair , with kettle and cups and also bedside cabinet. Plug next to bed .
Friendly person at the reception, that made sure, the quietness was there. I had a single room on the upper floor and loved the roof terrace. Also, the WIFI worked well (in 80% of the time). I'm freezing quick, and there was another blanket in the cabinet.
I liked the hotel, it seemed vintage to me, I really liked the shutters and wooden stairs, the glass roof of the hall, the space itself and the views from the balcony window. It is known that the room itself is very small and it is more suitable for a casual visit, one-night apartments. The place is perfect to take a walk and discover many good restaurants in the old town. This is a hotel in the very heart of Vegueta.
The place was full of women hair, most probably left from the previous guests. It was all dirty; even the windows: all grey. The Shower cabin does not get closed properly and huge amount of water leaks out while taking shower. The door of shower cabin needs to be fixed immediately! I give 5 for the great location and the low price. However, cleaning and maintenance problems must be solved.
The location was superb,just a couple of streets away from the Playa de las Canteras beach.
A modern apartment with a a nice living area .The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs .
The roller shutters in all the rooms were great for keeping out the light when sleeping.Also during the day when the sun shone on the apartment.
It was good to have a two bed ,two bathroom apartment when staying as two couples .
The management of the property were very friendly and made sure we knew how to check in and where to collect our keys etc.
Location is great a few meters from Las Canteras beach. The walls are really thin though so I could hear people flushing the toilet and people coming back late. I used ear plugs. I would not stay here for a longterm just a night or two is enough. Everything is very close. You can see people in their homes opposite. We stayed a night because we thought it was close to the airport when actually we were closer at out other hotel. It is a great location for las canteras and the hotel does provide a shuttle service.
Probably the best hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is located in the old town, close to park and bus station with convenient shuttle transfer to the airport and south coast area. The breakfast is with good quality and served in the restaurant with magnificent ocean view. Nice and helpful personnel as they provide us with information for main island attraction and restaurants. We definitely come back again at this Sercotel Hotel Parque.
