Although I´m German, I´m writing this in English, so more people can read about how awesome this place is. And I´m normally the guy who´d advise you to just skip past the one and ten star reviews as the truth is in most cases in those with a more nuanced rating.
Nontheless the name of this place is "Oasis Hill Botanical Garden". And the place truely delivers on that name. We literally had our cabin in a botanical garden. We always had breakfast just the two of us on a terrasse from which you have a view on the ocean and the Teide at the same time.
We found this place accidentally as we initially booked another place in La Orotava and that other place although we had a reservation confirmed by booking via mail and phone ... just wouldn´t let us in and left us standing at the gate.
This place ... they brought us cake on our second day. I´m not even kidding.
Awesome place, will be back in a couple of years :)

Such a unique place to stay in Tenerife! Our stay was so comfortable and felt like we were glamping! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the swimming pool is amazing if it's warm :)

Very well equipped chalet, with terrace with beautiful view on both the ocean and El Teide. Convenient parking just in front of the house. Very kind host, we got some fruit from the garden. The rooms are large as well as kitchen and the living room. Very quiet at night. The challet is located in residantial area, but around it is just few houses. 5 min walking to get to restaurant and small shop on the gas station. To get around is better to have car - 10 min away is beautiful beach Socorro. Great place if you want to discover north part of the island, not too hot for hiking even in the middle of July.

Check which bit of the chalet you are in! The bottom is nice enough but dark and does not have any views, contrary to the listing.
The garden is lovely, the apartment is nice. Pedro is kind and you have all you need for self catering. You can walk to a supermarket in ten minutes.
Pleaae give the kittens some water and food if you can afford it. Apparently they only get looked after when someone is staying downstairs.

The Casa is a purpose built unit high up above the coast. It is in the grounds of a small finca (local farm). You have a terrace with great views. The unit is around 2 years old and well designed with most of the facilities required. It has a reverse cycle aircon. There is no TV which we did not worry us at all.

Everything was wonderful! The donkeys and other animals were really lovely, the fireplace with the chairs was very comfortable, great view from the terraces (seaside view from the front terrace and view of Teide from the barbecue area in the back). Plus, the jacuzzi - perhaps we got lucky with the weather/sun but for us it heated up without problem during the day despite being there at the end of December. And the host was very helpful in providing additional firewood and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

the house is in a beautiful place, with a view of the mountain, the ocean and the city by the coast. the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is new, great decor. the kitchen has everything you need. The road is steep and narrow but you quickly get used to it, you need a car to get around comfortably. In March, the weather was poor, but heaters and a fireplace were available.

Beautiful traditional country house with modern furnishings and a fireplace in the kitchen. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely owners. Close to Icod and hiking trails in Corona Forestal.
Lovely home and location. Beautiful view of the water and Icod. So peaceful being surrounded by nature and very private. The bedrooms can get really dark at night and it’s quiet so you’ll sleep like a baby. The kitchen had most dishes and utensils that you’d need and some basic condiments. The indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ were fantastic. We recommend bringing your own firewood before you head up so you’ll have enough.
It was a a cozy, clean, and very stylish little hut. Entire complex was very charming.

A very well furnished 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (!) apartment with open well equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room on the ground floor of a chalet with a rental apartment above. All new and perfect. You couldn’t find a better place to stay in the vicinity of Icod de los Vinos. Pedro the owner is a perfect host.
