Everything - the apartment was perfect, it was clean and comfortable, perfect location right on the beach, it was obvious that the owner really cares about the guest and that they have a good holiday

The location near the airport, the size and privacy of the villa, you will need a car if you want to get about easily, but Alicante City and the beaches are under 15 mins away, the airport around 10/12 mins,there are no supermarkets in the immediate area though and it is located off a highway with no bus or train links, so again a car is necessary unless you are happy to use Taxi's everywhere ( about 14 euros into Alicante one way in the daytime and 16/ 18 euros at night, roughly the same for the Airport) ...... Sergio is friendly, helpful if needed and on hand for any issues, if you are not too fussy this is a perfect family villa at a very good price and the owner is very helpful, but don't expect 4 or 5 star living.

We were able to do early check-in which was nice after taking a very early morning flight. The location is perfect as it's right in front of the bus stop from the airport shuttle. It's right by the city center and everything is walkable. The beach is very close by, (in front). The pool area was spacious enough. The lobby smelled gooooood and the staff were friendly.
The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood and the sealed windows shut out the noise caused by cars or bikes passing by almost completely. Bus stop to the city centre or tram station is just a couple of minutes in distance on foot. Bakery and supermarkets are nearby.. Walking to the city centre takes about 10-15 minutes. The host Francis is very kind and helpful. ¡Gracias por todo! 😁
The location of the hotel is more than great, literally steps away from the main boulevard and the sea, you can even see it from the window. All sights are within walking distance, the sea, the beach, only the castles is further away. The room is retro decorated, not very big, 2 beds, table and 2 chairs, cupboard and small TV. A wardrobe is a cabinet built into the wall. It's great that it also has a small fridge. The staff is quite responsive. They stored our luggage on the day of departure.
The apartments are the a fantastic location, with two of our favourite restaurants just outside the door and easy access to Santa Cruz.
Despite being in such a great location with restaurants and bars very near, the quality of windows and shutters meant there was no noise or light when closed. Great nights sleep.
The host was extremly friendly and very helpful and responsive. He answered quite a few questions. The room was basic but everything I needed for one night. Castle, beach, old city and bus stop for the airport shuttle are within walking distance. Lovely bakery a little distance down to the beach - good place to grab some breakfast.
The female dorm room was very nice, spacious, well lit and with locker space. There are shutters for the windows which function with switches, and can be hard to find if you didn't know they exist. The common room and terrace upstairs is lovely. The beds, even the lower bunks were wide, had personal space to store things, were quite tall so you could sit upright and wouldn't hit your head, which was very nice!
The property is a delightful, friendly and comfortable bungalow in an excellent location in Urb. La Marina. It's south facing so gets plenty of sunshine and is convenient for various supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It's not overlooked by other properties so is quite private and has a very pleasant outlook. And lovely wooden shutters on the windows.
Our contact (not sure if he was the owner or manager) was very helpful when we had a slight problem with the cooker.

The location was excellent, really close to the beach and also restaurants and supermarkets. Right in the old town so the building was beautiful. Clean rooms that were really comfortable and lovely, nice bathrooms too with all things you might need like a hairdryer, shampoo etc. I loved the interior style of the room, old brick walls and wooden shutters with modern light fittings and style overall. I would happily stay here again!
Everything, the hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean.
Checked in ver easily and was given lots of information. The lady who checked us in opened the lift door for us and pressed the numbr for our room level.
Bed in out room was beautiful, wooden headboard and the bedside cabinets are lovely too.
