Everything was very good. They had free airport shuttle from the airport. The driver waited 4 hours as the plane was late and some procedures with visa took a lot of time. It was free and he could go, but waited and delivered to the hotel.
The room is clean and beautiful and overlooks the pyramids. The staff is very helpful. They delighted me with a trip to the pyramids inside. I rode a camel. It was so beautiful. I went to Alexandria. It was fun. They made me feel at home. The staff was very kind and provided me with a free airport shuttle. The breakfast was great. There was falafel the first time I ate it, but it was very nice. Location was good and close to airport, they have free shuttle bus from/to airport every half hour, good breakfast with lot of varieties, friendly staff, new and renovated room.
Good location for the airport…not the newest but for the price you paying its well worth it…nice pool area…special thanks to Taha at reception who helped us with check inn after i made a mistake with the check inn dates( i arrived a day earlier) he was kind and so helpful to help me get it sorted without any fuss, big thumbs up…also the guys that helped us with our luggage, i think the ones name was ramadan not sure on the other but both of them were very helpful even for getting the shuttle to wait for us..

Excellent location if in airport transit. Full 5 star service and facilities. Pool area is lovely, sports bars great food options. Large rooms with excellent air con. Staff always friendly. 24 hour front desk for check in. Also a shuttle to terminals.
