صاحب العقار متفهم جدا و انسان راقي، طلبنا تغيير الشاليه و اعطانا شقه جديده نفس اليوم، الشقه متكامله فيها كل المعدات ،المكان رائع وهادئ و قريب من كلشي بالمشي مثل كوب والمطاعم وسنتر المدينه.. والفيو جميل جدا، انصح العرب يسكنون في الشقق في السنتر و يحطون في الحسبان ان بعض الشاليهات مرتفعه جدا وماتناسب الكل و ان هذا عباره عن عقارات فيها عدة شقق في لينك و ليس مكان واحد و التصويتات تختلف حسب كل عقار وتنحط في مكان واحد في البوكينق.
