Loved the security features of scanning the room key to access the building. Felt very reassured about my safety whilst staying. And really appreciated the free luggage storage for after we checked out but were still exploring the city. Loved the double shutters on the windows for moise cancelling.
Spacious, clean bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Luxury - we had a double bed each. Shutters at windows kept the light and sound out for a really good nights sleep. The choice of three good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff on Reception.
Excellent location, very spacious room and bed, which is unusual for a center location. UQAM metro station and 727 bus shuttle to airport are just 2 blocks away. Main port very close walking distance.
Friendliest checkin ever. Spacious room and super quiet even though it's on a major avenue. Easy access to downtown, port and museums as well as the airport shuttle.
Fantastic location, very cosy, cabin-like vibe, felt safe and attracted nice, mature and respectful travellers, comfortable bed, great little communal space and kitchen, perfect bathroom/ shower/ washing machine facilities, nice enough staff 🙂
Excellent location. Spacious, comfortable apartment. Well managed. Initially the windows were locked shut. On request, reception sent a man to unbolt them, which was efficient and fine.
The room was clean and comfortable and felt like it had everything I'd need. The location was superb coming from airport shuttle. Staff were very friendly and helpful with inquiries.
The Hotel is right next to the underground and also has quite a good distance to Mont Royal and a vivid street life. It's clean, it has plenty of space and the staff is helpful. They try to shut out the street noise as good as they can.
