The lodge was a nice cabin in the middle of nowhere (which in this case is a good thing). The cabin and common spaces were nice and the breakfast room was great with lots of windows overlooking the valley. Breakfast was a good selection and it was nice to interact a bit with all the visitors who were all heading out into the wilderness each day.
Great location, lovely and cosy cabin, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good wifi, bbq facilities, sauna, patio furniture, very quiet, a very nice host, amazing views - highly recommended
The location was superb. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the wildlife that visited in the meadow below the cabin. The cabin was quirky which we enjoyed.
The hotel was in a quiet part of town and only about 10 minute walk to the brewery and 15 minutes to the bars and restaurants.
The aesthetics of the hotel is very much ski chalet, and would probably look very picturesque covered in snow.
The common area with the fire was very welcoming and nice to see people sitting and reading by it.
