beds comfy, en suite bathroom, hot tub nice but why only 3 jets working - some supervision is needed there as there were some loud drinking people one time we wanted to use it.

Your staff is AHmazing, starting with Julia in the front office cabin. She was so sweet and welcoming and followed through on a couple of important requests that she said she would try to honor. She sent us an available microwave and a toaster so we could have breakfast in our room. (Unfortunately, there were no satisfactory vegan breakfast options.) The rest of the staff we met and clicked with were Valentina, who was lovely! She was nice enough to lend us a couple of bowls for our breakfast oatmeal, the gals in the restaurant - Sheila and Hannah, and the rest of the staff!
The shower was WONDERFUL! We loved our stay. Thank you!

The room was very beautiful and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and very close to heater pool and hot tub. Used the BBQ they provided and the time spent was great. Trails very near by to local downtown stores/shops.
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
We had the nice cabin 111 with a good view over the valley but at the same time facing the forest. Although being located a little remote up the tunnel mountain the resort provides for more calm and feels closer to nature than other accommodations in Banff city center. We once even saw a moose grazing on the other side of the road. The resort shuttle and free public transport make it easy to reach Banff within a few minutes.
Room was very cute and cozy. We used the fireplace at night since it was so cool but the room did have proper heating. The coffee and homemade snacks in theodge were amazing. As was the food in the restaurant. Definitely a favorite of the trip! If you can get a reservation I would do it in advance (all booked for us) but we got take out to eat in our cabin which was just as good 🙂
Room was fantastic. We had a studio with a kitchenette and fireplace. It was so cozy and roomy. Location was perfect, 6 minutes away from the town and close to a shuttle stop. Furthermore, a 3 day shuttle pass was provided free of charge which was unexpected. The hot tub was a delight, with gorgeous views of the mountains and a unique shape that offers guests their own space
Friendly staff, excellent customer service.
Clean and tidy room.
Cosy room comes with a fireplace for cold nights and air-conditioning for warmer nights.
Full kitchen, tea, and coffee facilities.
Located near a transit stop to enter Banff, only a 5-10 minute drive/shuttle to town.
On arrival, we were given 3 day transit pass to enter Banff, which became very useful.
Friendly staff, always happy to help. Great location. Really nice interior, log cabin feel, with a huge fireplace to sit around. Free bus pass available from reception, free crampons for ice walking.
Great place for a shoulder-season stay in Banff. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and the added bonus of a fireplace to cosy up in the evenings. Decor a little dated, but it adds to the ski chalet charm! Downtown is walkable, otherwise the bus service is really useful and stops right outside the resort. Staff were very helpful, too.
Location was good. For the most part the accommodations were fine. We stayed in one of the mountain cabins.
The unit was clean and comfortable to use. Beds were fine and the wood fireplace was a nice feature.
Great on night stay for a short trip in Banff. Beautiful room with fireplace and balcony looking towards the mountains, great location that was close to town while being more tucked away in nature. There was a communal hot tub and a restaurant on-site. The rooms were condo-style, grouped in cute chalet looking buildings. Some accommodations looked larger, more like cabins that could fit more guests. I would definitely return and stay longer.
Beautiful location just outside Banff downtown, nice mountain cabin aesthetic rooms, attentive staff, outdoor hot tub was amazing, easy to get the free shuttle bus to town. I would absolutely return when I next visit Banff.
