For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. The support of the staff was brilliant. The chalet was big, clean and very comfortable. This was the second time that I was in Tankamana, and I'm looking forward to return.

Monika is an amazing host and her family is very sweet. I was travelling by myself and was looking for a quiet place but was a little nervous about feeling too alone. However, this turned out to be absolutely perfect. The cabin was nice and peaceful and if I did not want to be by myself I was welcome in their house. They welcomed me as if I was part of the family. I had breakfast there every day and often dinner too. One of the best places I have stayed in! Oh and the breakfast was delicious :)
