This apartment is both clean and lovely, our family absolutely loves it! Initially, when searching for reviews online, we were a bit worried because some guests said the check-in process was complicated. But seeing that some guests mentioned the rooms themselves were great, we decided to take a chance and booked this one. After all, after a long journey, we really hoped to stay in a clean and tidy apartment. The result is that our choice was absolutely correct! As long as you complete the online information sent by the landlord in advance, there are no problems with check-in. When we drove to the apartment downstairs, we knew we had chosen the right place. All entrances and exits are accessed with electronic passwords, which feels very safe and private. We stayed on the third floor, and from the bedroom, we could see the sunset in the distance, which felt really good. It's safe to say this is a home away from home. In the future, when we go to Sydney, we will still book this apartment without hesitation, and we hope the apartment management can maintain the current level of service. Also, thanks to the staff for being able to take my call at seven or eight o'clock in the evening and help me confirm solutions to some minor issues. Thank you! Full five stars!
这个公寓又干净又可爱，我们一家人简直太爱了！一开始在网上搜索评价的时候还有点担心，因为有一些游客说入住程序很复杂，但看到有游客说房间本身是很好的，于是我们决定赌一把，就定了这家，毕竟一路旅途辛劳，非常希望能入住一间干净整洁的公寓。结果就是我们的选择是无比正确的！只要提前完成房东发来的网上信息的填写，入住就完全没问题。我们的车开到公寓楼下的时候就知道我们选对了住处。所有的出入口都是用电子密码，感觉很安全也很私密。我们住在三层，从卧室能望到远处的落日，那种感觉真的很好。可以说这是家以外的家。以后我们去悉尼，还是会毫不犹豫地预定这家公寓，希望公寓的管理人员能一如既往的保持现在服务水平。也感谢工作人员在晚上七八点钟还能接我的电话，帮我确认一些小的问题的解决办法。感谢！全五星！
