It was great experience in the chalet. Everything is in high level, new, well designed and clean. There is a place for dirty boots that you can remain and clean, even sun guard cream. The location is perfect : 5 minutes walking from Spar supermarket and autobus station to start your hiking. Really recommended :-)

We arrived in Schrocken around 5 pm and Patrizia met us at the local cafe to give us the keys. She was very informative and accommodating. This establishment offers a bread delivery service each morning and there is a sauna in the building. We did wonderful hikes in Schrocken and surrounds. We bought mountain cheese at the local cheese maker. The apartment was great with an outside patio looking onto the mountains, the apartment has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. We were six in our apartment and we loved it.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also provided shuttle to the ski area. The room are very new and clean. It was beyond the value and our expectations.
We came for one night - and stayed three :) The hosts are super friendly and welcoming: they recommended several local attractions, and explained how to reach them. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious: freshly made eggs and homemade food made our day! The rooms are well-spaced and very comfortable, with beautiful wooden decor and all the amenities to make a stay comfortable. The views of the Alps are breathtaking. Overall, we had a lovely time. Thank you, Ulrich and Jeanette!
Beautifull resort very close to Steffisalp skilift. We had the most beautifull and spacious penthouse. The welcome was warm which shows it is a family owned accomodation with focus on a perfect customer experience. Breakfast was very rich with friendly helpfull staff. The free daily shuttle to Steffisalp was a very nice service. And for the welness part: We've seen welness centres with less choice...excellent!
We had an absolutely fabulous stay. The apartment was spacious, everything was clean and all the equipment was top quality. Gorgeous bathroom with sauna type cabin. The bed was very comfy and the views were amazing. We had various delicious breads and pastries delivered every day by our kind host, Mrs Walch. I wanted to move in permanently!
I stayed in one of the "huts"- a cross between a hostel room and hiking but for 2 people. This was a really well.thought out and designed set up which was great value for money.
Bonus points and special mention for the sauna area on the same floor.
