The rooms were perfectly clean, new looking, cozy, the kitchen had evertyhing we needed, we enjoyed the garden and the sauna was great for the price. Communication with the host was excellent. It was kids friendly. We have really enjoyed the stay and would go there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful with tips and tricks regarding the ski area and the slopes.
Hotel offers free shuttle to the slopes if you’re not interested into the nearest one (that is 2 minutes walk away).
They also offered free ski guide for the first day to show us around the ski area.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, super friendly staff, great breakfasts, brilliantly easy to organise shuttle runs (even though two of the main lists are very close). Loved the wellness area AND they sort your lift passes out as soon as you get there. Couldn't be easier or more helpful. I travelled with friends and the room setup was perfect BUT would also be great with a family.
Very good value for money! Staff clearly made a big effort to provide excellent service. Location is very convenient for skiing located directly at two lifts. It is slightly remote from the city, but the hotel has a shuttle service and they are very happy to drive you on request. Breakfast buffet was lovely and we were spoiled for choices.
perfect location; ski in/out. friendly staff, they are always smiling and trying to help you. ski room is so good, you can leave your ski gears in private cabinet which works with your room key, so you dont need to carry them between your room-ski room.
Location, facilities, stuff was just great. to be right on slope is what we wanted. 2 lifts are right next door and some others nearby where you ski down.
only night skiing in the resort is on slope next to the chalet. Apartment was nice and clean with all we needed. Staff was very helpful, friendly, polite and professional. village is not far, walking distance.

We had apartment and it was best hotel room in my life. Wonderful bedrooms. Big living room with fireplace. Big and well equipped kitchen. Very big balcony (of course in winter difficult to use). Great restaurant. Perfect breakfast. Wonderful pool and SPA. Very good gym room.
Excellent location, very close to ski lifts, ideal for early starts. Breakfast was nice, food is fresh and a good variety of choices, eggs freshly prepared as you wish, fast service and it starts at 7:30, also practical to be among firsts on the piste. The room with balcony was spacious, bright and warm. There is a ski storage and the wellness area is also good, including sauna, infra cabine and steam bath. Staff friendly and helpful.
