The owner is a very nice person. He sent us the places to visit in Zell am see. Guest house was very clean and car Park is very nice. This property is near the Billa Super market. Price also very good if you are looking for budget travel. You can also access the kitchen and sitting area to relax. Room was clean and the view from balcony was awesome.I would highly recommend to stay here.

- sauna in apartment was clean and nice aswell
- fireplace also in apartment (we didnt used it as wood was missing, but im sure in case you would like to use it you can ask reception for it)

There is an Intersport shop in the resort, a children’s pool with great toys, infrared cabin in our room, big children’s club, restaurant with delicious food. Big underground parking lot, with direct elevator access to your room.

Beautiful chalet with lots of nice details. Nice terrace with sunchairs and all you need to enjoy your time. Also it was superb clean and great location if you need any to stay central / close to the lift or hiking routes. Lots of useful information shared by the host & it’s a nice touch that you get the Höchkönig card for free. We’d happily come back!
