An amazing apartment in a modern house, easy to find by being next to main road. The apartments are clean and spacious and give all the commodities you need for amazing holidays. The hosts were super kind and prepared a baby crib for us.
The location is perfect, with supermarket next door. If you want to go skiing there is a skibus in front of the house that takes you to the ski lifts, or you can walk (10min) or go with your car. There is also really luxurious ski room with lockers that dry out your ski equipment and underground parking garage to keep your vehicle clean and safe.

The bus stop is close, but the bus is not going very often, so you have to use car anyway. The road to the property is quite busy, but due to orientation you don't hear it. You hear a bit the road in the valley though.
You can walk to the Schladming city center, it takes 20min down the steep hill.
Great plus was the Card included to accommodation.

Great location only a few minutes from the Ski lift and the aprés-ski. Our chalet was clean and perfectly suited to our needs. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception.
This is a superb chalet, in a perfect location for both a winter and imagine for summer breaks too.
The property was spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds, fresh linen, towels and kitchen towels all provided.
The chalet provided ample space for our group of family and friends, along with good quality and again ample crockery and utensils for a self catered property.
The correspondence from the owner was extremely quick, friendly and very helpful.
This really is a superb chalet and cannot recommend enough.

Top location, very good breakfast and afternoon snack, cosy athmosphere, nice people, we loved it. You must visit also their Lisaalm hut on the ski track. DJ music, good food and excellent service.
We were accomodated in one of the chalets, and it was great, spacious, with comfy beds, the kitchen was well equipped. The breakfasts were nice, our kids loved a hot fresh cocoa that was offered by a nice lady who was in charge, thank you very much.
Selfcheck-in, but still easy to communicate with the staff thru the app. Got the help and all the extras that we needed to have a pleasant stay. Nice and fresh apartment! Recommended to stay here, and just a parkinglot away from a supermarket, close to restaurants and about 8 min walk from the ski rentals and Achterjet cabin lift.
Excellent location just few meters from the ski slope and Achterjet cabin lift. The location from other hand is easily reachable by car and on a walking distance from Flachau, number of restaurants and bars.
