I had a fantastic stay at this hotel nestled in the mountains during the summer. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when I forgot something—they promptly sent it to me via post. Highly recommend!

Please don't book this chalet. The towels in the room smell musty, and more than one person reported it on Google Maps. The sheets and quilts have hair and smell, and unfortunately I got red spots on my body the next day. The toilet and bathroom are shared, and the owner was smart not to indicate it on the website, which made many people misunderstand and book here. The attitude of the owner is the worst I have ever seen. Do not follow their online check in, I strongly recommend you to see the room first before making a decision. The owner will video call you without any preparation and tell you very rudely how to use your room. If you really want to stay here, be sure to read the reviews on the website first! Here is only worth the price of a youth hostel!

Outstanding hotel, the staff, hospitality, facilities, spa and multiple saunas were incredible, the room was beautiful and so clean. The location is excellent for skiing, free shuttle to the slopes. The staff individually couldn't do more to make your stay perfect. The food was out of this world, the chef is top notch. I wish I could live here!
The room is very comfortable and clean, the hotel is very central and easy to reach by train + bus.
You can walk to the ski lift and to “Alpentherme”.
We enjoyed the sauna, the steam room and the infrared cabin very much located directly at the hotel, as well as the amazing breakfast buffet where you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious, regional food.

Nice, cosy and clean apartment. Erna and Josef are such a sweet couple and they will do anything to make your stay great. They are always reachable because they live in the same building.
The shuttle bus stop is across the street and will take you to ski resort. We would love to come back again :-)
The room was very nice, enough space, extra area for sitting, with balcony right towards mountains. They provided a free entrance to alpentherme, which made it a real good deal. Same with cabinlift, also for free! Breakfast very nice too.
Unlimited Alpenthermen entry is the biggist deal! If you have kids it is no brainer! Relatively close to cabin, still OK even in the skiboots. Close to billa and other shop. Cheap covered parking.
Absolutely amazing chalet with full equipment. Excellent design! Free private parking. Unlimited entry to the Alpentherme Gastein. Ski bus stop in front of the building. Perfect location in the centre of charming Bad Hofgastein. We will definitely come back again. Thank you ❤
