The hostel manager was extremely helpful in giving me tips for the Ha Giang Loop. After the loop, he also offered to let me use the shower. He spoke perfect English so there were no communication issue at all.

Convenient to travel because it's in the middle of the city center. Air conditioning is always available, motorbikes for rent are new and cheap.

The 3-day or 4-day Ha Giang Loop tour is very high quality, riders are always safe and friendly. Community support activities such as charity and free English classes are very appreciable. Ms Huong explained these activities in great detail.

Amazing pool, water slide, clean toilets and cheap private rooms! Family that runs the place is extremely friendly and helpful and will make you feel right at home. Can’t recommend this place enough! Did two weeks here and didn’t want to leave!
The location in the city center is very convenient. The host is cheerful, friendly and very supportive. He rented me a motorbike and a tour guide took us to explore the highlands of Ha Giang
Good location, friendly people there and some english is spoken. Rented a motorbike from them - was nice, brand new (850km done), with no problem renting and returning after 5 days. They provide garage for parking. BUT - this place rather than hostel is "Ha Giang loop tour factory". Rooms ware spacious, bunk bed has courtain for some privacy, night light and electric socket, some locker available. Towel also. Wifi OK
The staff were friendly and helpful, very quick laundry service. Breakfast was good, the hotel was convenient for us because we were starting the Ha Giang loop with their company the following day. Location was good, there were a few good restaurants within walking distance. The shower was nice and hot consistently.
Friendly owners and cute pet dog. Can hire bikes here I didn't as hired elsewhere I just stayed here when I returned from doing the loop, owner was outside till midnight cleaning his bikes and doing maintenance where needed so seem to be in top condition to hire. Breakfast was simple but fine. Room is basic but can sleep a group as there are a stack of mattresses to pay on the floor so a cheap stay if needed (it is a private room the lockers are just for pillows and blankets if more than 2 stay in the room)
