3 min walk from baggage claim to hotel reception…perfect! Also convenient to have the dinner/breakfast restaurant next to the hotel lobby. Nice clean room/bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Two thumbs up for this airport hotel!

The breakfast was very good. It was very nice that a light dinner and some alcoholic drinks were included in the price. Convenient to gas stations and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Very good place to stop while on the road.
It’s really downtown. Most highlights a walkable, even to the train station. Also there are a lot of public transport possibilities nearby. Staff is friendly. Beds are long enough. My first night was at a top bunk bed, I was glad I could switch the next day to a bottom bunk. Great tut one can use the kitchen 24/7. It’s nice to cook your own meals.
The location is very convenient. It's a short 5 min travel from the airport terminal and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. The staff are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and filling.
Free shuttle to/from O’Hare was really convenient for our onward travel. Good facilities - the pool was a welcome activity to keep us awake and push through jet lag. Onsite restaurant had good food options but be mindful it closes early for food. Suite was huge, nice to have the space. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nice to have such a warm welcome.
The staff was very nice. The staff, Axel, who is fluent in Japanese, was very polite and friendly. This was the best staff I have ever stayed in a hotel. Close to the downtown core and cheap parking nearby.
