Situated in Sanchong, 2 minutes’ walk from MRT Taipei Bridge Station or Sanhe Night Market, Hey Bear Capsule Hotel offers air-conditioned capsule rooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.... Beautiful comfortable space. Great value. Closer to MRT. Staff was good. The bad part is that there is no staff until 10 Am. They will not check in until 3 pm. I arrived at 6AM and could not even go to reception until 11 am.. If you lose or misplace your key card or get locked out there is no rescue and you may end up sleeping in reception or outside the hotel. No one picks up the phone or line. So, be careful if you have emergencies. Otherwise, it is great place. I locked out when I was about to checkout at 11 am so it was OK and she could come and collect the key accidentally left inside the capsule.

Staff service, 黃耀希yosisi was patiently helped me when I kept forgetting to bring my key 2. Even some area did look like needs some painting but the whole place is clean and spacious 3. Prices are great 4. Locations are perfect, MRT trains are just down stairs, I booked twice each about 5 days enjoyed the dorms very comfortable beds! I certainly would come back again!
