The check in was very easy. The capsule in itself was very clean and comfy, with a lot of options for the light and the AC. You have easy access to your luggage that is stored underneath the capsules.

It is located on the basement level, a short stroll from the Airport Rail Link Station that provides train connections with the city centre. Restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store are nearby. The departures and arrivals halls are a few floors above.

This is a Great budget hotel for use as an overnight stay before flying from Suvarnabhumi airport, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Not 5 star accommodation but totally acceptable.
Super convenient, actually surprisingly quiet and comfortable, cheap in comparison to other options.
I've stayed here many times, over the years, so I'm familiar and comfortable with it. A relaxing oasis near the airport IMO! All the basics and more, including an attractive setting, friendly and helpful staff, a restaurant and a well kept pool. It's very convenient for the airport but also, using public transport, relatively easy to get into Bangkok centre.

I needed a cheap room close to the airport at short notice. Happy with my choice. Clean, very friendly owners, air con, a little sitting area. Bed was okay, quite acceptable. Toilet/showers clean.
We had an eight hour layover in Bangkok and wanted somewhere to drop bags, rest and have a shower. Other reviews suggest this place can be difficult to get to but if you taxi it or use the great Grab app it is easy. The hotel will make bookings for taxis etc when you are there. The staff were friendly, there is food and drinks, but it’s a residential area so don’t expect bars and restaurants. For a short layover or overnight it was cheap, clean, cheerful and convenient and we would stay here again.
Great budget hotel, near airport for a last minute or late arrival stay, I have stayed many times before always very friendly and also have a cheap restaurant on site, English style breakfast 125thb. Including tea or coffee.
The capsule is specious and very clean. we’ve booked two of them because we are a quite large couple but they were big enough even for the two of us. It is convenient and easy to find. Great value for money. The girl who manages it was really helpful and kind. Technology (the lockers, pod doors, charging station, lights) works flawlessly and the wifi is great!
Convenient location 10 mins from the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to and from airport is cheap and easy.
