Set in Bacolod and within 1.7 km of Negros Museum, Mesavirre Garden Residences Condo Unit features a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. This was the first time I had stayed in a condo unit. Apart from a bit of noise from other guests occasionally, it was a pleasant stay. However, only one plate was available to cook which made cooking a meal difficult. A microwave oven would have been a welcome addition too. Swimming pool and bedded area outside was a positive. Shower was good. WiFi access okay. Would consider staying there again. Good value for money.

It was only a 15 minute walk from the airport. ( saves money). The place had giant beds, so wide and comfortable with soft sheets. Each bunk had a desk, small closet, shelves and blinds for privacy.

If your flight arrives late at night, this is the best place to just have a sleep and then decide what's next.

The location is perfect and everything is in walking distance in siqujior city. Pier is just 600 meters away. WiFi is working very good. We extended our stay at this place because everything was clean, fine and in good condition. We would come again and great price value ratio
