The lady on the reception is amazing and very helpful. She found out that I go straight to the airport after stay and decided to not take a deposit from me, so I didn't have to exchange the money before leaving the country and could spend the cash. That's very sweet and mindful. The room was clean, no cockroaches at all. 24/7 front desk and good view on Petronas Towers (from my window).

The facilities are clean and the staff and guests I met were friendly. In my capsule, I stayed cool and comfortable, and their is a laundry service at Bestow Capsule Hostel as well. While there, you can try the breakfast deal at the Bestow Cafe. It's well worth the price.
