Ubytovanie Elite Capsule Hotel sa nachádza v destinácii Balchaš a hostia tu majú k dispozícii vybavenie na grilovanie. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was provided with chai/coffee after coming back from exploring the town. I was asked about my day and felt like they actually wanted me there. I had my food ordered for me and delivered at the hotel. One of the staff drove with me to the store so I could exchange some larger bills for smaller bills. I am usually good at being alone and doing things myself but it was actually nice to experience amazing hospitality that the people of Kazakhstan are known for. I also enjoyed practicing my Russian with the staff. I did not expect any of the examples I listed above and I am glad I had this experience. The showers and toilets work well. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and offer enough space.
