The staff was so friendly and kind from the gateman,to receptionist,to swimming attendant, ziplining technician to the cleaners,,I loved them The ziplining and swimming part ,I enjoyed the most I felt home honestly

Everything was clean and working. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. The gym was great.
Tastefully decorated, comfortable, close to town and very clean, plus the pine and dine restaurant next to the facility serves delicious food. Private and serene location too. Having stayed here before and having seen the area, I can say this is a great option in Nanyuki. The staff are helpful and friendly and you overall feel at home.
The animal viewing from the decks was just fantastic. One can stay up all night and see the comings and goings of game. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We found it good value for money due to the animal viewing experience. So many elephants so close. We HIGHLY recommend The Ark for a game viewing stay without leaving the hotel. Shower gel, shampoo, hand cream and soap all supplied in the bathroom. Bottled water in the room.
Good communication and friendly
The host was friendly and easy going, and the unit had everything we needed for a night to rest and reorganise, including lots of drinking water. It was clean and cheap and we would happily stay there again.
Patrick was very welcoming and friendly. He was also helpful in guiding us on activities and places to visit within Nanyuki. The location was convenient and close to Nayuki. We liked the house.
