Located in the heart of Chinatown, it was the perfect place to arrive in the evening. It comes with a Sento, complementary Yakult and ice cream for after bath and in the after hours they even provided free Shoyu Ramen. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Lounge area had free drinks and soups and was very comfortable, with private corners.

Staff were super friendly, meals were traditional Japanese style. Room was very spacious, vending machines available. Great views of mountains from the room, very quiet and peaceful. Good location for cable car and ropeway.

The location was great, just by the main Hakone-Yumoto Station, allowing you to get to different attractions directly with nearby trains and buses. Staff were friendly and communication was no problem with translation machine. Family-run business so it was old-fashioned Japanese style rooms, onsen plus yukata for the whole experience. One of the cheaper and convenient options to experience a stay in Hakone.
Great location off the main streets of hakone but still close to everything. Perfect for a budget stay while the generous double-bed capsule style rooms offer way more privacy than a typical hostel, which was great. The shared bathroom and kitchen was always clean and the staff were friendly.
The common area was comfortable and friendly and the rooms were quite spacious for capsules. The food was also very tasty and a good option when restaurants closed early. They also let us leave our luggage before and after check in which was very convenient.
I stayed in a double room capsule hotel here and found the overall hotel to be very beautiful, especially the lounge area. I had a bad cough and asked one of the staff late at night if there was anywhere I could get medicine. The staff told me that there was nowhere at this time, but then gave me cough drops that she had for herself which I found to be really nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient for people looking to explore the main attractions of the Hakone area.
Beds were very comfortable. Typical Japanese sized room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful - even took our bags to our room when we stored luggage before check-in. Laundry and drying very cheap. Close to sakuraguchikyo station with a walkway going practically from the station entrance to the door of the hotel.
Staff polite and friendly. Facilities clean and tidy. Tatami room spotless, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom area small for me, but normal Japanese standards. Breakfast abundant, fresh and delicious. Dinner course very well prepared and selected. Very efficient service as well. Hot spring area spacious, spotless, comfortable and relaxing. Ryokan is in a very steep hill, but offers a van transfer! Snacks and drinks available at reception and vending machines.
The double bed capsule was super spacious and really cheap at under 20£ a night. The hostel staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions about sightseeing. Nice and quiet at night and free tea and coffee was a bonus!
good location about 20 min for the city center friendly staff with good facilities, nice to experience what a Japanese capsule hotel feels like
