Decorated to a high standard and I felt super comfy. Shower was excellent and all areas of the room was clean.
Tea and coffee selection excellent , well above average. Twynnings tea bags is always a nice touch. Tv was a large size which I could use for apps like YouTube etc.
I stay in rooms regularly through work and this was one of my most enjoyable stays.
I booked last minute , so was concerned about getting into property as my phone battery was low, I spoke with host straight after my booking and he gave me everything I needed so it wouldn’t be a problem.
Overall for the price I paid the quality of the room was exceptional, cannot fault it.

The room was so big, there was plenty of room for us all. The room was very clean, 2 sets of bunk beds, a double bed and a settee bed. Ideal for a family. Kettle, cups, tea, coffee and biscuits. Perfect way to start the day. Also had a hair dryer and fan to help keep the room cool. Fresh towels and bedding all included. Staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there again. Pub/restaurant downstairs, guests get 10% off food and there is ample parking which is also free to guests.
Lovely warm welcome. Well decorated and comfortable guesthouse. Room was nice and clean with everything I needed. En-suite bathroom was lovely too. Free parking available on a first come first serve basis but can also park on the street. 5 minute walk to the beach and centre which is really convenient. Breakfast is preordered and was served efficiently with a friendly vibe. There’s plenty of breakfast options as well as cereals, pastries, fruit and yogurt if you don’t fancy a cooked breakfast.
The price was pretty cheap for our Saturday- Tuesday stay compared to other hotels, the room was clean and welcoming and we had our own bathroom. The staff were very friendly and even showed us to our room, on the ground floor, which was a massive help with my disabled Mum. Two staff in particular Katrina & Mark couldn't do enough for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Only a 5 minute walk to Skeggy town and the train station. I would definitely stay here again.
The pod and the setting are gorgeous! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
