The cottage was very cosy , we didn't get to spend much time in there because once we checked in we headed straight to Robins Park Arena Wigan for the Noel Gallagher Concert. We only got back at midnight. The stadium wasn't that far away in a taxi.

The staff were all helpful, friendly and polite. The room had a lovely Seaview, as requested and the room and bathroom facilities were both clean and comfortable. It was conveniently situated for the beach and attractions.
Convenient, dog-friendly, budget-priced location for visiting family in Preston, - with ample parking and good room-size. Comfy large double bed, with sofa too, and desk area. Ground-floor room easy for taking dogs out in the night.
It does what it says on the tin - it's cheap, clean and easy to reach. It's staff are what set it apart from other budget hotels - they were friendly, efficient and helpful.
