Terra Nova Hotel ligt in Aberdeen, op 2,8 km van Beach Ballroom, en is voorzien van gratis WiFi en versneld in- en uitchecken. Having stayed there before I knew it was a good place to stay, checked in via code on door, went to room 3, was just getting my gear laid out and turned on the TV only to find the screen was smashed, immediately contacted housekeeping as I didn't want to get the blame and just expected the TV to be replaced but no I was upgraded to room 4 which is a double room and room 3 was closed for maintenance. Excellent response by the team and as usual my stay was clean, comfortable and uneventful. I will be back.
