Located in Beauvais and with The Oise Departmental Museum reachable within 500 metres, Chambre double provides a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. I book at 4pm and the reservation was registered. It said check in was possible until midnight. There was no reply on the phone number provided When I arrived at the address at 10.40pm, there was no way into the hotel. The same phone number was on a sign next the door and when I rang it, it went straight to answering machine. I had to find another hotel last minute. Very upsetting and disappointing. I feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience and distress.
