The location is also good, very close to the city center and 5 minutes away from the closest metro station.

The staff is helpful. Our capsule was clean, the showers were a bit dirty but thats people's fault. You can take ear plugs for free which is helpful because you can hear all the noises from outside of the capsule. Sleeping area is quite big, enough for two people inside. You can access the kitchen to prepare some food. Breakfast serves extremely good coffee and some basic sweets and fruits. You can prepare a toast with jam as well. About safety - of course you should keep your belongings close to you but the capsule is a safe place (card is needed for opening).
