Good central location, good convenient room and bathroom. Complementory cappucinomachine, games in central hall. Very friendly. Price cheap for so much comfort.

This is a good option if you need a convenient location but don't care about hotel amenities. Very good value for a place to rest your head. Wifi works fine. Nothing fancy but a functional solution if you're on a budget. The Italian woman at reception was super friendly, professional and pleasant.

The location was really convenient, in the middle of the "Japanese" neighborhood (which allows for plenty of good food options nearby). The rooms not the biggest but are comfortable. I loved the pillows as well (which often isn't the case in hotels). The breakfast was good and had great views from the restaurant on the 11th floor. Parking garage is under the hotel itself and costs 19 EUR per day. We were in luck that we could check-in early (we arrived in Düsseldorf at 12). The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient, as it’s very close to the train station. The staff was friendly. It was cheap for its position.

Good budget hotel for a short stay. Located near the airport, but the transport connection is not direct: you have to make a transfer, which is not very convenient. There are grocery stores and cafes nearby. The atmosphere in the room was good, but there was a persistent smell of tobacco smoke. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. For a one night stay it was fine.

Nice breakfeast though not cheap, best is the view from above. Comfort of the room is very good. Bathroom integrated in room... Didnt understand how to use TV they came fast and helped. Changed my room immediately to the quiet back side as I asked. Responded to my questions regarding parking. friendly staff. Matrass is good. blanket is good. view is normal. Enough light. Very quiet. Very central and convenient.

Decor, lay out of rooms, space, friendly staff and welcome despite our very late check in, accommodating in storing our luggage after check out, cleanliness on arrival and complimentary coffee pods and teas, modern check in and out system via app and key pin code rather than room key/card system was very convenient and user friendly.

We stayed here for a one night stop on a long road trip. The hotel was easy to find from the autobahn. Very friendly and cheerful reception staff immediately made us feel welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent budget hotel. It's very near a car free pedestrian shopping area with restaurants so extremely convenient for a meal after a long day's drive plus an interesting place for an evening stroll. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.
