Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Space Capsule Hotel ligger i Xi'an, 35 km fra Daming-paladset. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition. A tiny pod, purely for the purpose of sleeping and being able to chill for a few hours before an early morning flight. The pod has a fan running, which was at a comfortable temperature, a choice of LED lighting, a large mirror, and a small safe. The door locks upon closing, and there is a release button for when you want to exit. My pod also had a chain on the door so I could partially open it if anyone knocked; nobody did, though. Staff can communicate through a speaker, and I was woken up (upon request) with a verbal nudge. There are foot lockers outside the pods, and rubber slippers are provided.
