Polite friendly staff, picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel. Cheap hotel
Everything!! Location was fantastic and so convenient we could have walked to and from airport if we didn’t have luggage also short walk to cafes, groceries, waterfront & car rentals. The attention to detail, warm and friendly staff. Maria picked us up from the airport and showed us around the area and always made us feel at home. Sebastian was awesome and easy to chat with and basically all the staff were great! Our room overlooked the town and we loved it.
The staff is really friendly. The terrace is really cute and cozy. The hostel is between everything (bus station, hils, metro station, ...) so it's really convenient to visit Valparaiso !
Super clean, hot showers with good pressure, Benjamin was super super friendly and made us feel at home. Tours were good (with great guides) and much cheaper than on the rest of the island. Around 10-15 min walk to the town where you have everything
This hotel is safe, clean, comfortable and beautiful. It has beautiful gardens and view of the ocean. Loved the breakfast. Room was small but cozy and beautifully decorated with a garden outside its door. Staff was very friendly and provided ideas to explore places in Valparaíso and Viña del mar. It is very conveniently located.
