very nice place. cool house, great location in town. staff is very helpful and friendly, kitchen is big and the living room has its charm, terrasse with oceanview.

The staff were friendly but unable to help us much as the systems were controlled externally by an unseen management (or owner). The breakfast was decent enough with bread, sliced meats, cheese and jam. Also cereals, yoghurt and tea/coffee. It was opposite a big supermarket. Although up a hill it was walkable to the town centre (30 - 40 minutes) and had bus stops very close

Our favourite hostel so far in 10 months in South America! We felt so at home here, staying cosy indoors while it rained. Well equipped & clean kitchen, good organisation of each person's food. Inviting living room with spacious dining table. A few different spaces to hang out in which we appreciate. Soft lighting! Characterful interior decor! The staff were really friendly and had plenty of reccomendations of what to do in the area too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing views, lovely big room and super massive comfy bed. Best thing was the super nice man on the front desk who was friendly and exceedingly helpful - particularly in being able to set us up with an excellent local car hire firm at short notice, which ended up being far cheaper and better than any of the established providers. Dealt with it all with a smile on his face when we were clearly stressed. All staff were very nice for that matter.

Full credit to the bell-man. He made the check in process smoother and quicker ( well done!). Overall experience was very pleasant. Fires places and armchairs gave that cosy warm feeling around the common areas. Sound proof (wooden cover ) floors was definitely a plus! Bar service area was prompt, friendly and very professional. Convenient location near the bus terminal and plaza de armas. Quite a few eateries and bars nearby to enjoy. The room was very large and the staff were really friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant stay! We stayed here as a base while waiting to transfer to Bariloche and also hired a car to drive to the thermal pools.

The hotel is reasonably priced and quite centrally located, especially convenient for the bus station. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. The owner does not speak English but was friendly and willing to use Google Translate when necessary.

convenient location on walking distance of restaurants and stores. Wifi worked well, amazing shower. Very friendly hosts!
