The breakfast is very good, however this is the area I have marked below excellent. Reason the room where breakfast is held is open to draft from a stairwell and a little cold. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cheap hostel and friendly staff, a lot of space in the lounge, big kitchen

The hotel was in the middle of the center, making it perfect to go out to eat, to the lake or to tour agencys. The staff was super friendly, giving us many tipps and good recommendations. We needed to have early breakfast twice and they always prepared us an extra plate with everything and even a sweet note. Being one of the cheaper hotels we were very positively surprised and really loved it here! And the views to the volcano while waking up were just perfect!
