Fantastic hotel -- so comfortable with the most friendly, accommodating staff! The room was spotless and perfect for a family of five. We loved the bunk beds. It was quiet and very conveniently located a short drive from the airport and central city. We had a car, but I believe it is also very close to public transportation. Breakfast was perfect!

You can walk from Zurich train station to hotel. Capsule hotel is near restaurant, park and shops. Online checkin is more convenient. There is keycard for locker for each bed.

Literally in the airport, no fuss, does the job. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and contrary to what I was afraid about, I did not feel claustrophobic at all. There was no temperature control in the pod, but it was comfortable.

The women's room felt cozy, and the capsules were surprisingly spacious. The hotel's central location is definitely a plus – convenient for exploring the city. During my stay at Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport, I found the experience mostly positive. The capsule provided a very comfortable sleeping environment, and I appreciated the pleasant lighting inside. Additionally, the shower facilities were very clean and equipped with soaps and shampoo, enhancing the overall comfort of the stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location within the airport makes it incredibly convenient for travelers.

I guess for Switzerland and the hotel being a ‘budget’ Ibis, the value of the room matches my expectations. What I liked most was that my room was newly renovated and clean. The check in staff were also friendly. Also right on the tram like to the airport (tram 12) which is super convenient. It’s about a 5 min ride and drops you right at the airport shopping/ train center.

If you have an early flight or a quick layover this is a practical and comfortable solution. Capsule hotel with great hotel quality. A minute from the airport and with airport amenities nearby such as cafes, newspaper stands and even a coop supermarket. It was very convenient and easy for my unexpected layover due to a missed flight.

I’d never stayed in a capsule hotel before so was intrigued, I really enjoyed it as it gave you a sense of privacy from a normal hostel and slept well. It had large lockers which was big enough to fit my large backpack with space to spare (the card opens the locker and to lock it you needed to tap the card on it again!) Bathroom was always clean. The staff member I briefly spoke to when arriving was friendly although would’ve been nice to see someone at check out.

Great capsule hotel! Unexpectedly, I slept even better than usual - a cool microclimate, a warm blanket, clean bedsheets, with a good ventilation and soundproofing (I heard some outside sounds, but didn't use the provided earplugs). Nice and clean bathroom. The female room was half full. There is a cozy cafe for breakfast in the lobby. Convenient self check-in and check-out and door locks controls in the app. Good location, close to the train shuttle.
