Well situated in Luzern, Capsule Hotel - Chapter Lucerne offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. The capsule was well-ventilated and had enough space. It was a comfortable stay. The showers and toilets were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were password-protected lockers for luggage, and they were easy to use. A nice system has been set up. Everything was made easy. I would like to stay here again.
