First of all, the staff team was very helpful and quickly answered all my questions in the chat, also I find it very convenient that they let you store your luggage in the locker even after checking out, thanks for that! Secondly, I was very comfortable and safe in the capsule, as it lock from the inside. Also it was very warm inside, but you can turn on your individual AC. The capsule isn’t really soundproof it’s true, but you can use provided earplugs which is really helpful. It’s important to note that the capsule, restroom, and shower were very clean and tidy. The location is good as there are couple of nice cafes around and public transport stations nearby.

The place is exceptionally clean and safe, located right in the heart of the city. It’s not just accommodation, it’s an entirely new experience. I absolutely loved it! Even though I came to Vienna for only two days, I didn’t feel like leaving once I arrived. I ended up spending my first day inside the capsule, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment! The price is also good. The staff was excellent. Although there’s no on-site staff or reception, I communicated with them over the phone, and they were incredibly helpful in solving my concerns.
