Friendly people in the hostel. Good location. Included simple breakfast.
The location was perfect! There is a nice local coffee and pastry shop next door and the hotel is right across the street from Plaza Chile and walking distance to the center of the city. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful!
Near bus station - easy to walk to. Cheap tour. Great breakfast- buffet with lots of options. Easy to walk anywhere. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Sometimes have free wine nights. Really busy hostel and great for meeting people
The property is quite cheap. and close to the Airport. it is also an easy walking distance from the city center. first restaurant is at 700m. if you are a McDonald fan it is right in front of the door on the same carpark. it is next to the bus station that will lead you anywhere in the country so it is a very convenient hotel if you must catch an early bus. there is a laundry service just behind the hotel, very cheap, that clean clothes within the day. I would say this hotel is a smart stopover for people passing by.
The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center of San Rafael. Room was as described, ample, modern, comfortable and clean. Mine had a ceiling ventilator (I prefer this over AC), was over 20 m2, had 1 double and 1 single bed (I was alone) and a good bathroom. Breakfast is included. Parking is absolutely top: the hotel has a parking lot 50 m away, entrance with a remote control provided upon check in, super safe. Very friendly personnel, gave me a lot of information for potential sightseeing. Recommended

Good wifi and a good hot shower, friendly staff. If you are using the bus station, then you'll find the location convenient but otherwise it is a bit too far from the centre and restaurants etc.
We loved our stay at Lagares!! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The type of guest staying was perfect and we made great friends. The hostel offered excursions (extra cost) which were reasonably priced and great fun. It was very clean and your beds were made for you every day which also made it feel cleaner. Laundry service was easy abs convenient.
