Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.
The location was perfect, close to the airport after arriving late in the day. And convenient to be a few blocks from our rental car pickup the following morning. We were able to take the complimentary shuttle also.
Breakfast was included in our booking (to which I didn't know until check in). it was great with plenty of variety to choose from. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.
Rooms are perfect, have everything you could need for short or long stay. Comfortable, feel fresh, sparklingly clean. Really convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Convenient location - you can just get sky train to/from airport/car rental. Friendly staff, good bar restaurant open late. Comfortable room. Very clean.
The staff was incredible, responsive, and friendly. We had a room that held our family of 5, with two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was better than usual with fresh blueberries! Super convenient to airport. If you are a runner, we went to a historic cemetery nearby for our run and saw 4 coyotes!
The room and linens were clean. Conveniently located near to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Staffs were very friendly. Overall a good place if you are planning to stay for a night or two.
