Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
The Location is excellent. surrounded by the local delights within walking distance. security should be good since the police station is also nearby. The staff are attentive and friendly. We left our Apple charger in the room, and found out after we had checked out. thanks to the staff that found and kept for us. Breakfast in the Barn is just next door, it is very convenient and has a nice atmosphere. The room design is beautiful & suitable for family, with some space for everyone.
This is a great budget option for families in a convenient location. The rooms have high ceilings and are located in the old part of town with lots of food places around. The clear instructions to get in were helpful, the layout of the room was as pictured and the mattresses were firm. The air-con was nice and cold. The bunk beds were solid, and the hot water worked well.
Location is really convenient and accessible to most places in George Town and a few steps (from Hutton Suites) to the Toh Soon Cafe and other famous eateries. Though the accommodation is next to a busy road, it was quiet due to the installation of the sound proof windows. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a broken spectacle and they send in a scotch tape immediately for a temporary fix. The room is spacious.
The location is excellent. Hotel just opposite to Lotus and 5 minute walk to Strait Quay Mall.
Downstairs has pharmacy, restaurant and Happy mart which is convenient to hotel customers.
Staffs working there is friendly and their service is excellent.
Price is consider cheap if compare to those hotel with same rating/ service. Worth it
