Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
Beautiful property and rooms. Everyone was super friendly and made you feel at home. Great quality and variety of food for every meal. Great conditions for kiting. Really exceeded expectations.

Great and friendly staff, will do everything to make you comfortable. Room / suite is spacious but details are not 100%. For example, there is a fan but no (convenient) socket to plug it into. Not a big deal breaker, but hence not the 10/10!
I had such a nice time at the Yellow House. Extremely friendly and intimate, family-ran business. I cannot fault it in any regard. It's conveniently close to the airport and right on the water front. I was invited to join the owner and her friends for dinner in the dining area with drinks and good banter afterwards. If you want personal service and local knowledge about Dakhla this is your place.
Nice, modern and spacious apartment. Clean with hot water in taps. Fresh bedding. Everything was working. No damaged or worn equipment. Convenient location of apartment - close to streets, real city neighborhood. You can see and feel how locals live. The host is friendly and open-minded. There is about 6 kilometers to nice beach - this is Sahara therefore it's vast area.
Perfect location for windsurfing, was able to rent windsurf equipment each day (or day segment) and choose the size of my board and sail depending on the conditions. Everything is set up to allow maximum focus on the water sport of your choice. Smooth airport pickup, conveniently located just a half-hour's drive away. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff and astounding variety of food of excellent quality.
