Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
Basic hotel at a very cheap price; great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and very spacious room. But there was no empty socket available and I had to unplug to TV in order to charge my phone and other devices. Still, highly recommendable considering price and other features.
Very nice, small, sociable hostel in a convenient part of Astana. The place is clean and comfy, beds have good privacy curtains, staff are present and helpful. No complaints.
Spacious room with storage, extra bed, and aesthetic look. Views from the 22nd floor were amazing each night. Minimal noise. Host was friendly and accommodating. Liked the rules about not bringing in outdoor shoes. Heating and hot water were both available. Drinking water tap was also available which was convenient to fill up water bottle.
The place was stylish, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The location was convenient, and the hostess was friendly. I highly recommend it!
The staff is friendly and responsive, providing detailed information about the accommodation, and they quickly respond to your requests via messenger. The apartments are conveniently located near the US Embassy (a 10-minute walk), so if the purpose of your trip is to have an interview at the US Embassy, this place would be the best option for your stay.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, check in was no problem at 3am! My card wouldnt work and there was no issue waiting for the morning to pay. Its a little far out from the main attractions but buses are easy frequent and cheap.

Perfect location. The pods and facilities were clean. Plenty of storage for valuables. Staff were friendly. I like the privacy of a pod, everything worked fine except for the AC. Towels and slippers were provided.
Wonderful hotel, recently renovated, conveniently located in a cozy old area. Supermarket, many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.
Breakfasts were excellent. Everything you need in the morning: omelette, porridge (delicious!), pancakes, sour cream, confiture, cheesecakes, toasts and very good black tea. The staff do their job great. Professional, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to them! Especially to the reception!
